John McCain at Sturgis

This was posted on TMZ (the celebrity site!) They have their own way of reporting, don't they.

McCain -- Between a Rock and a Jiggly Place

Posted Aug 4th 2008 9:30AM by TMZ Staff

John McCain isn't exactly shying away from boobs -- actual ones, not Paris and Brit -- at a campaign stop today.

J-Mac will be stumping at the Sturgis Rally in South Dakota today. After the Senator pays tribute to Vets at the event, that well-known upholder of moral virtue Kid Rock will rock the main stage. Tans and tatas will be competing in the Hawaiian Tropic contest nearby.

And as the Huffington Post reports, the other entertainment on offer includes "Ringin' Wet & Wild" women's wrestling event and a Fake Orgasm Contest.

Just the kind of thing the religious right would love.

It may seem contradictory on the surface but it's more about honoring the service men and women than anything else. Bikers are a patriotic bunch and this will be a big event.

This is such sleazy reporting. I love the way that the stories are slanted. Instead of reporting what a great event this is, they have to try to make McCain look bad. I'm sure they would love for us to believe that McCain will be slugging back a 5th of Jack Daniels with Kid Rock after judging the orgasm contest.

The worst thing about being a conservative is being associated with the so-called "religious right." I've always believed the "moral majority" is neither in real-life. Those hippocrites are the Right's version of Limousine Liberal fruitcakes like Barbara Streisand, David Geffen and Susan Sarandon, to name just a few.

J Mac is a liberal in a conservative suit and I'm not at all happy about him being my party's nominee. The only hope we now have of being delivered from the clutches of Saint Barack lies in us racist-rube white folks clinging to our guns and bibles this November, and checking the box for the lesser of two evils.

The fact that so many people are singing the praises of a guy who hasn't got a good enough resume to be the CEO of any major Corporation, never mind President, scares the crap out of me. J Mac is a dull candidate and certainly doesn't provide the flair of Obama. He does however have better creds for the job, especially when it comes to foreign policy.

Obama says a vote for J Mac is a vote for Bush's 3rd Term. That's crap. J Mac has disagreed with W on a great deal of major issues. Like it or not, he tells people what he wants to say, not what they want to hear. That is not true of Mr. Obama.

I say a vote for Obama is a vote for Jimmy Carter's 2nd term, which to anyone over 40 with common sense, should represent a worse choice.

Bravo to the both of you. I couldn't help but putting this on site. I mean, anything the media can do to make a candidate look sleazy, they will do. I only wish they were fair to both candidates instead of being so one-sided.

AND - I don't understand all the hype with Obama. I don't get it. He just never appealed to me and has this scary cult following. I'm clinging to my Bible.

Geez Joker...Don't hold back. Tell us how you really feel. LOL!

I have to admit. I'm not that enthused about McCain but much less so about Obama. Obama's policies scare me and McCain being the left wing of the Republican party isn't all that different, in my opinion. That's why I've decided to go 3rd-party in this election. Too much big money floating around and the big two have forgotten about the majority of us.

Remember? "...government of the people, by the people, for the people"
