Robbie Knievel

It's not an American summer holiday weekend if one of our favorite crazies doesn't pull off a life-threatening stunt. So, last night at an Ohio amusement park, Robbie "Son of Evel" Knievel jumped his motorcycle 200 feet through the air, hopping 24 delivery trucks and breaking his dad's 1975 record of 14 trucks in the process.

Check it out:

I've always thought it takes balls to ride a motorcycle because of how dangerous it is. But, I'll never understand how a guy can be either brave enough or crazy enough to do something like that. My helmet's off to him, and I'm sure that somewhere, Evel is smiling.

Even if he hadn't of made it, it was worth watching just to enjoy the sultry accent of the lovely reporter.

Yeah, I don't get it myself, but it's pretty awesome to watch!

And, yes, the accent is lovely.

It's great to see him follow in his dad's footsteps. I remember watching Evel do his stunts when I was a kid. I thought he was so cool!

I loved watching Evel Knievel's jumps as a kid. I'm glad that Robbie has taken over for his father! He does have "balls"!
